Come join myself and Ashley From modest Mystic, healing in this Reiki yoga, unforgettable, guided hike through the woods.

This will be a wonderful opportunity to connect with nature and practice mindfulness!

You can look forward to revitalizing experiences that will help you become more aware of your surroundings, and in tune with your body.

We are providing a wonderful yoga, Reiki experience in nature along with teaching you how to effectively ground yourself and chakra care 

Also providing lunch as this is a five hour event.
