This meditation is designed to help you connect with your heart chakra and align its energy with the spirit of autumn. You can do it either outdoors surrounded by the beauty of autumn leaves or indoors in a cozy, peaceful space.
Setting Up:
• Find a comfortable place to sit, either on the floor or in a chair.
• Sit with a straight spine and your hands resting gently on your lap or over your heart.
• Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, and settle into stillness.
Step 1: Centering with Breath
Begin by taking three deep, cleansing breaths. Inhale through your nose, feeling the coolness of the autumn air fill your lungs, and exhale slowly through your mouth. Imagine that with each breath, you are letting go of stress, tension, or emotional burdens. As you breathe, feel yourself becoming more centered in the present moment.
Step 2: Visualizing the Heart Chakra
Bring your attention to the center of your chest, where your heart chakra resides. Visualize a soft, warm green light glowing in this space.
